We currently offer shipping across all major cities in Pakistan including but not limited to:

2. Order Processing Time
Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email or SMS.
Most orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours.
You will receive notifications as your order moves through the processing stages.
3. Shipping Time
Delivery takes approximately 2 to 5 business days for major cities.
For areas outside of major cities, delivery may take an additional 2 to 4 business days.
4. Shipping Charges
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within Pakistan.
5. Delivery Method
TCS, Leopard Courier, and Pakistan Post.
6. International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within Pakistan. However, we are working on expanding our services to international destinations in the future. Stay tuned for updates!
7. Order Issues & Damages
48 hours of receiving your package.
8. Change of Address / Delivery Instructions
If you need to update your shipping address or provide additional delivery instructions, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, we may not be able to accommodate changes.
9. Missing Packages
If your tracking information shows that the package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will work with the courier company to investigate the issue.
